§ 8-1-29 PERFORMANCE BOND.
   The completion requirement may be waived in whole or in part if the subdivider will post a performance bond with the City Council guaranteeing that improvements not completed will be constructed within a period of one year from final acceptance of the plat; but final acceptance of the plat will not constitute final acceptance by the city of any improvements to be constructed. Improvements will be accepted only after their construction has been completed and no public funds will be expended in the subdivision until such improvements have been completed and accepted by the city.
