§ 7-2-11 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision or paragraph of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the civil penalties of §§ 1-1-25 through 1-1-33 of this code of ordinances.
