Minimum requirements for each home space:
(A) Area: 50 feet by 80;
(B) Size: 4,000 square feet;
(C) Parking: at least one off-street parking space;
(D) Yard: 20 feet between the homes;
(E) Sanitation facilities: individual water meters and sewer facilities must be accomplished through Mahaska Rural Water prior to placement of the home. Adequate provisions shall be made to prevent freezing of service lines, valves and pipes. A concrete pit must be installed for the water meter; and
(F) Concrete slab: each lot shall be equipped with a concrete slab of sufficient size to support the home.
