§ 7-2-7 REPLACING EXISTING HOMES; REQUIREMENTS.
   All homes shall comply with the following minimum standards.
   (A)   All homes shall be habitable without substantial damage or broken windows.
   (B)   All mobile homes shall be a minimum size of 60 feet by 12 feet.
   (C)   All homes shall not exceed five years from present date.
   (D)   Within 30 days after arrival to the property, the home shall be placed on a permanent frost-free foundation system which meets the support and anchorage requirements as recommended by the manufacturer or required by the State Building Code, with the wheels and towing hitch removed. The skirting system must be visually compatible with permanent foundation systems of surrounding residential structures. Any such home shall be installed in accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code.
   (E)   Tie down anchors shall be placed at least at each corner and center of the home and each shall be able to sustain a minimum tensile strength of 2,800 pounds.
   (F)   Adequate provisions shall be made to prevent freezing of service lines, valves and pipes. A concrete pit must be installed for the water meter.
   (G)   There is a permit fee of $150 for inspection.
