The minimum width of buildings or structures constructed or established for use as dwellings in the city shall be not less than 22 feet wide as measured across the narrowest dimension of the dwelling unit or units thereof; however, the minimum width requirement shall not apply in large scale residential developments, mobile homes and/or manufactured home courts.
