§ 7-1-7 INSPECTION CERTIFICATES.
   It is unlawful to use any altered, repaired or newly constructed building, to turn on any electrical current, to use any gas appliance or piping, to use any plumbing or to do anything for which approval is required by this chapter, without first securing a certificate of a satisfactory inspection.
