§ 6-5-1 DEFINITIONS.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   OPERATOR. Any individual, partnership, corporation or other association that owns, operates, drives or controls a railroad train.

   RAILROAD TRAIN. Any steam, electric or other motor-driven engine and the cars, if any, coupled to the engine operated on rails, but does not include inter-urban and street cars.
