(A) The rental agreement will show:
(1) The individual(s) renting the City Hall;
(2) The purpose of rental; and
(3) The date rented.
(B) The rent and deposit fee, which has been set by the City Council will be collected at the time of reservation.
(C) The city will impose a fee.
(D) The release and rental agreement should be turned in monthly for each Council meeting.
