§ 6-4-21 DUTIES.

   The Custodian shall:

   (A)   Inspect City Hall periodically and before each rental or scheduled event for cleanliness, such as:

      (1)   Clean entrance of bugs around the door and steps;

      (2)   Clean floors, windows, tables, countertops and bathroom;

      (3)   Drapes are clean and hanging properly;

      (4)   Shovel snow from ramp and steps within 24 hours of snow fall; and

      (5)   Salt ramp and steps as needed.

   (B)   Inspect City Hall after each rental event to see that the clean up list has been followed before refunding the deposit fee.
