§ 5-1-8 STOPPING OR PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to stop or park a vehicle on the street, unless the right-hand wheels of such vehicle are parallel to and within 18 inches of the right-hand curb, or the edge of the pavement, if there be no curb.
