§ 4-2-12 DISPOSITION OF LICENSED DOGS.

Owners of licensed dogs which have been impounded shall be notified within two days from impoundment that upon payment of impounding costs the dog will be returned. If impounded licensed dogs are not recovered by their owners within seven days after notice, the dogs shall be disposed of in a humane manner as directed by the council.
