§ 1-1-29 EXCEPTIONS.
   In addition to the exceptions as set in § 1-1-25 of this chapter, this subchapter shall not apply to the following code provisions:
   (A)   Cigarette retailers, §§ 2-1-1 through 2-1-10 of this code of ordinances; and
   (B)   Beer and liquor establishments, §§ 2-2-1 through 2-2-7 and 2-2-20 through 2-2-35 of this code of ordinances.
