§ 4-2-3 EXHIBITIONS AND FIGHTS.

No person shall arrange, promote, or stage and exhibition at which any animal is tormented, or any fight between animals or between a person and an animal, or shall keep a place where such exhibition and fights are staged of the entrainment of spectators.
