452.13 PARKING PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED DURING CERTAIN HOURS.

   (a)    Only one hour parking between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. shall be permitted in the eastbound traffic lane of Fairmount Boulevard from Sulgrave Road to Richmond Road, and in the westbound traffic lane of Fairmount Boulevard from Richmond Road to Green Road.

   (b)    No parking shall be permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the eastbound traffic lane of Fairmount Boulevard 200 feet east and 200 feet west of the high school driveway.

   (c)    No parking shall be permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the westbound traffic lane of Fairmount Boulevard forty feet east and forty feet west of the Fairmount Grade School driveway.

   (d)    No parking shall be permitted between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the eastbound traffic lane of Fairmount Boulevard seventy-five feet east and seventy-five feet west of the Fairmount Grade School driveway.

   (e)    The above regulations shall be effective and be complied with by all persons, firms and corporations only when notice thereof is posted by the Police Department by appropriate and visible signs or markings and except when otherwise directed by a police officer.
