408.02 GENERAL CODE PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this Traffic Code for which no penalty is otherwise provided is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 408.01.

   (b)   Notwithstanding the above, and in addition to all other penalties provided by law, penalties in the form of fines shall be doubled for traffic violations occurring during hours of actual work within construction zones properly designated by an agency of the State of Ohio, with posted signs, in accordance with Ohio R.C. 4511.98 and 5501.27, and Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 5501:2-10.  (Ord. 1996-240.  Passed 12-16-96.)

408.03 CREDIT OF FINES.

   All fines collected under the provisions of this Traffic Code shall be paid into the Treasury of the City and shall be credited to the General Fund. (1964 Code §43.41)

408.04 SUSPENSION OF LICENSE BY TRIAL JUDGE OR MAYOR.
