181.01 MAYOR'S COURT IMPROVEMENT FUND.

   (a)   The Mayor's Court Improvement Fund is hereby created. All court costs collected by the Mayor's Court which are allocated to this Fund shall be deposited into this restricted Fund and used only to finance the following costs of the Court: the acquisition of computer hardware, printers and accessories, paper and supplies; computer software and software training, hardware and software maintenance, upgrades and repairs; computer furniture; computer services; and employees to operate the computer system and other requirements of the court's computerized system.

   (b)   The Mayor is hereby authorized to charge the sum of five dollars ($5.00) of additional Court costs per case in the Mayor's Court, or such other amount as State law shall provide, and deposit the same in the Mayor's Court Improvement Fund.
