123.01 PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED.

   Any attorney, engineer, architect or other professional individual employed in any capacity by the City shall furnish a certificate of insurance to the Clerk of Council, prior to employment, that he has in effect a professional liability insurance policy in an amount of not less than one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000), which shall remain in full force during the period of employment.
