1159.08 APPEALS.

   (a)   Any person, firm, or corporation aggrieved by any final decision of the Commission with regard to an application for a variance may appeal such decision to the Council provided that such appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days after the date of the Commission's action.

   (b)   Any person, firm, or corporation aggrieved by any decision of the Council with regard to an application for a variance may appeal such decision to the Court of Common Pleas provided that such appeal shall be filed within thirty (30) days after the date of Council's action.  (Ord. 2018-94.  Passed 10-21-19.)
