660.22 WATERCOURSE MAINTENANCE.

No owner of real property shall fail to keep a watercourse, stream, ditch, creek, culvert, or swale, running across or upon their property, in a condition unimpeded from its natural course or flow, so as to not cause accumulation or pooling of water on the property of another.
