1375.01 OCCUPANCY, SALE OR LEASE; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

No owner, agent, tenant or occupant shall occupy, maintain, sell, rent or lease, or offer for sale, rental or lease, any multiple-family building, commercial building or other structure, or part thereof, which is regulated by Chapters 1371, 1373 or this chapter, which does not comply with this Commercial Code.
