713.05 DISPLAY OF PERMIT UPON DEMAND.

Every applicant who is issued a permit under this chapter shall have the issued permit in his possession at all times when conducting a sale within a residential district of the City and shall display the same upon demand of any police officer of the City and upon demand of any person who attends such sale.
