A. Any person aggrieved by a decision of the enforcing officer in enforcing the terms of this title may request a hearing before the planning and zoning committee. Requests for such hearings shall be made in writing to the planning and zoning committee. Upon notification, the planning and zoning committee shall schedule an appointment for a hearing within thirty (30) days.
B. Upon the evidence presented by the enforcing officer and the evidence presented by the petitioner, the planning and zoning committee may:
1. Accept the decision of the enforcing officer;
2. Reject the decision of the enforcing officer and rule in favor of the petitioner, if such decision is consistent with the provisions of this title;
3. Modify the decision of the enforcing officer, consistent with the provisions of this title;
4. The decision of the planning and zoning committee shall be made known in writing to the petitioner within thirty (30) days of the hearing. (Ord. 2004-O-14 § 1)
