16.12.020: PROCEDURES:
Any petition for any such variance shall be submitted in writing by the applicant on forms prescribed by the planning commission. The petition shall be filed with the preliminary plat and plan at the time of application and shall state fully the grounds for the application and all of the facts relied upon by the applicant. (Ord. 2004-O-14 § 1)
