15.28.160: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for violation of this chapter and each day upon which a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
