15.28.130: DEPOSIT OF DEBRIS ON HIGHWAY UNLAWFUL:
It shall be a violation of this chapter for any person to deposit in or on the public highway right of way any weeds, trash, garbage, broken bottles, glass, boards containing projected nails, or other debris. (Ord. 1990-O-58 § 7)
