Before any work is started, the constructor or permittee shall be required to pay the village a permit and inspection fee as provided in the fee schedule of the village, as amended, for single-family driveway culvert and for all others. Provided, however, no fee is required for replacing a culvert under an existing driveway, if provisions of section 15.28.010 of this chapter are not applicable. (Ord. 2014-O-36)
