Obsolete temporary signs shall be taken down and removed by the owner, agent or permittee within two (2) days of being notified by the zoning administrator. Failure to comply with such notice within the time specified shall result in the zoning administrator causing the removal of such sign and any expense or penalty fee incidental thereto shall be paid by the owner or agent of the property established under the fee ordinance of the village.
