Any person that has violated or continues to violate this chapter shall be liable to criminal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law, and shall be subject to a criminal penalty of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation per day. Each violation and each day upon which an individual violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 2008-O-27 § 1)
