13.12.040: RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION:
The village shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this chapter. Any powers granted or duties imposed upon the AEA may be delegated in writing by the AEA to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of or in the employ of the village. (Ord. 2008-O-27 § 1)
