12.04.480: BARBED WIRE FENCES:
It is unlawful to maintain or construct any fence composed in whole or in part of barbed wire, or with any similar material designed to cause injury to persons, or any wire charged with electric current, anywhere within three feet (3') of any public street, alley, sidewalk, park or other public way or place. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
