12.04.450: PRIVATE USE:
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to use any street, sidewalk or other public place as the space for the display of merchandise for sale, or to write or mark any sign or advertisement lawfully upon such areas. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
