12.04.390: PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING REQUIRED:
All applications and information submitted under this chapter shall first be heard and reviewed by the planning commission and said commission shall make its written findings and recommendations on the application to the village board. The application or petition filing fee shall be as provided in the fee schedule of the village, as amended. (Ord. 2014-O-36)
