12.04.340: CONNECTION TO STREETS OUTSIDE VILLAGE LIMITS; PERMIT REQUIRED:
No road, street or public way which is under the exclusive jurisdiction of the village shall be joined to, extended to or connected to any other road, street or public way which is not under the exclusive jurisdiction of the village, without a permit from the village for such connection, joining or extension issued by the village. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
