12.04.250: CHAPTER PROVISIONS NOT TO LIMIT AUTHORITY TO VACATE:
Nothing contained in this chapter shall in any way be deemed to limit the right or authority of the village to vacate any plat or part thereof or any right of way easement or part thereof. The village retains all powers and authority granted to it under 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-91-1, as amended from time to time. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
