A. Subdivisions having lots less than forty thousand (40,000) square feet in area and/or where the roads require curb and gutter and storm sewer improvements, the width shall be as determined elsewhere in this chapter. The crown of the pavement from the centerline to the face of the gutter shall be one-fourth inch (1/4") per foot. In general, cut or fill slopes shall be as flat as topography permits but in no case shall they be steeper than three to one (3:1) except for special conditions and with the approval of the village board.
B. Subdivisions having lots forty thousand (40,000) square feet or more in area and/or where ditch drainage is to be provided shall have specifications as shown on the typical cross section shown in figure 12.04.120, section 12.04.560 of this chapter. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
