No dedication of right of way shall exceed one hundred fifty feet (150') in width; provided, however, that the desired uniform width of the North Avenue right of way lying northerly of Yorkhouse Road and lying southerly of Beach Road shall be a minimum of forty feet (40') in width on each side of the centerline. Where new development requires access to North Avenue at this location, then the village shall seek and receive appropriate right of way dedication to comply with this provision. (Ord. 2000-O-22 § 1)
