Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) or more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), and shall be responsible for the village's cost of prosecution, including attorney fees. Each day that a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Restitution by the violator shall also be made to any property damaged or destroyed or person injured. (Ord. 2008-O-28 § 2)
