11.04.020: PARK CONDITION:
Each person, firm or corporation using public parks, athletic fields, and grounds shall clean up all debris, extinguish fires when such fires are permitted and leave the premises in good order and the facilities in a neat and sanitary condition. Users of athletic fields are responsible for the cleanup of the field after use. (Ord. 2008-O-28 § 2)
