11.04.010: HOURS:
Village parks shall be open daily to the public from dawn to dusk but in no case shall any park be open prior to six o'clock (6:00) A.M. or after ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. except when permitted by the village. Any park or any part of a park may be declared closed to the public by the president at any time and for any interval of time. (Ord. 2008-O-28 § 2)
