9.50.110: SEVERABILITY:
Should any paragraph, sentence, clause, phrase or word of this chapter be declared invalid or unconstitutional by a court or agency of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect any of the remaining paragraphs, sentences, clauses, phrases or words of this chapter, all of which will remain in full force and effect. (Ord. 1999-O-01 § 1)
