A. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions or terms of this chapter, or who makes a false material statement upon an application for a license as provided herein shall upon conviction thereof be subject to a fine not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each day during which the offense continued.
B. In addition to a fine, the village shall have the right to seek injunctive relief for any and all violations of this chapter, and all other remedies provided at law or in equity. If the village prevails in any action at law or in equity, the village shall also be entitled to recover its attorney fees, costs and all other expenses incurred in conjunction therewith, as may be summarily accessed and awarded by the court as part of its judgment.
