9.50.060: APPROVAL:
The Village Board of the Village of Beach Park shall within thirty (30) days evaluate and either approve or disapprove of said application. The Village Board's approval of an application for a license shall constitute approval of the license for the conduct of the raffle applied for by the applicant. (Ord. 1999-O-01 § 1)
