The aggregate retail value of all prizes or merchandise awarded by a licensee in a single raffle under this chapter and in accordance with applicable State law is limited to three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00). The maximum retail value of each prize awarded by a licensee in a single raffle is limited to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000.00). The maximum price which may be charged from each raffle chance issued or sold is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00). The maximum number of days during which chances may be issued or sold is limited to one hundred eighty (180) days. (Ord. 2003-O-33 § 2: Ord. 1999-O-01 § 1)
