9.40.010: CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person to solicit, peddle, or canvass, as defined herein, within the village without a certificate of registration issued in compliance with this chapter unless exempted herein. (Ord. 1994-O-26 § 1)
