No person shall, without the consent of the owner or occupant of the premises, post up or place any handbill or plaque or notice upon any building, fence, telephone, light, electric or other pole, or tree, or shall mark, scratch, cut or otherwise deface any part of any building, fence or tree box. Permission from the owner notwithstanding, all village ordinances regulating signs shall be complied with at all times. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IX)
