9.20.040: LITTERING:
No person shall throw, place, leave or suffer to be thrown, placed or left, any garbage, ashes, household, miscellaneous or such like rubbish, manure, litter or refuse of any kind upon any street, parkway or other public place, or upon any lot or parcel of land in the village. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IX)
