9.20.020: DEFACING LAWFULLY POSTED NOTICES:
No person shall wilfully and maliciously tear down, mutilate and deface, or render illegible any poster, notice or handbill lawfully posted upon any street, alley or other place in the village. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IX)
