A. No person shall wilfully or maliciously break, deface, injure or carry away any cup or service lid placed upon any of the service boxes of any gaslight company, or by the water department within the village.
B. No person shall unlawfully tamper with, alter or change any public or private gas pipe, water pipe, gas meter, water meter or other meter or the register thereof. (Ord. 1993-O-23 § IX)
