9.08.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:
Every discharge of a firearm in violation of this chapter shall be deemed to be a separate offense. A person convicted of a violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) and no more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). (Ord. 1990-O-38 § 3)
