It is unlawful for any person to discharge or fire any firearm within the corporate limits of the village, except in the following instances:
A. In defense of the person, family or property of the owner thereof; or
B. As part of bona fide state or national holiday celebrations, and then only if permission is granted by the village president; or
C. As part of a bona fide burial or memorial ceremony in conjunction with local, state or national veterans' organizations or state or national armed forces. (Ord. 1990-O-38 § 2)
